Fit to Sue

Filled all the spaces in the traces of cases
The lady lays to rest her legal mind
It’s time to take it on home
There with her collie to unwind
Up from the desk her day is done
Then bogie to the cross-town crawl
But she’s energized to the max
And oh really feelin’ it y’all
Bounce up the steps and thru the door
The white wine is sure no quirk
Celebrate, you dearie girl
You finished your first day back to work

About Kitt

Sometimes a rhyme or couplet wanders across my consciousness. So, I share it. Other times I'm a hospice social worker; others, a Dad; others, southerner, New Orleanian, cajun enthusiast, voter, and on better days, a not-too-awful-poet/rhymster. Welcome to my page. Enjoy.
